About Lisa
I’m Lisa Bahr, MEd., RDH, AADH, FADHA
I've spent more than three decades in dental hygiene—working clinically, leading dental hygiene education, developing faculty, teaching educators, and speaking about the future of dental hygiene education.
My work today focuses on one question:
How can we help dental hygiene educators teach better—and help students learn better?
My background in adult education, dental hygiene, program leadership, curriculum development, accreditation, assessment, and clinical practice allows me to look at dental hygiene education from multiple perspectives.
I don't believe innovation means changing everything.
It means finding what works, understanding what doesn't, and intentionally designing what comes next.
